Pray for God to free me from every demon, oppressive tormenting thing and all evil matter in and on my soul and spirit.  Pray for Him to do all He can to increase my soul and spirits biological activity, power and energy utilization including feeding them all they need to grow healthy.  Pray for God to protect me from every attack, suffering etc and for Him to do everything He can for me period.  Ask Him to make sure to get me the prayer and fasting I need in the most effective amounts.
