I want you to help me pray for a friend of mine. She and I went to high school together, but she graduated a year ahead of me. Anyway, she is a wiccan and is agnostic (doesn’t know for sure if God exists, but does denote the possibility that He may). She has been suffering from seizures for the past few years. The doctor says that all of her seizures is causing brain swelling and that the swelling is not reducing fast enough. She is having bad headaches too, but all she can take is tylenol.

She did say that she has begun praying lately, more often than she has in the past. She also said that she is afraid of dying and that she hoped she didn’t. After learning from people more knowledgeable on the Bible than I, I know that the problem is deeper than physical. Being a wiccan in an anti-Christ spirit, so she is demon possessed (anything that isn’t possessed by God is bound to be possessed by something else, i.e., demons).

I felt the Spirit leap in me at the chance to subtly witness to her. She gave me the perfect open door. I told her that God can do a miracle in her if she believed. I asked her if she believed that He could possibly do that, and she said “kinda sorta.” I told her that’s all the faith she needed (the size of a grain of mustard seed). I told her that I would pray that God would do a miracle in her life.

Would you bind with me? I proclaim that, in the Name of Jesus, she will be delivered from this demon possession that has resulted in her practice of witchcraft; she will be healed of the physical ailments of seizures, headaches, and brain swelling; I pray, above all else, that her broken soul will be mended and that she will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!
